Foundation

Abomate is founded as a German startup. The idea: a central platform for contract management that actually works. First prototypes are built.

Q3 2025

Product Launch

Abomate goes live with dashboard, contract management, CSV import, email reminders, and multi-user support. The first customers start with the Starter and Business plans.

Q4 2025

AI Features

Launch of AI-powered PDF recognition, the AI chat assistant, and automatic email import. Contracts can now be digitally captured in seconds.

Q1 2026

REST API & Multi-Tenant

With the full REST API and multi-tenant management, Abomate becomes an enterprise solution. Companies with multiple locations can manage all tenants centrally.
