Yes, you can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time. When switching
to yearly billing, you save 20% compared to the monthly price. The change takes effect
at the next billing period.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time -- with no cancellation period. With yearly billing,
your plan continues until the end of the paid period. There are no hidden fees
or cancellation charges.
You can try Abomate free for 14 days with no obligation -- with full access to all features
of your chosen plan. No credit card required. After the trial ends,
you can choose a plan or simply let your account expire. Your data is retained
for an additional 30 days in case you change your mind.
We accept all major payment methods through our payment provider Stripe:
credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), SEPA direct debit, and other local
payment methods. All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
After the 14-day trial ends, you will be prompted to choose a plan. Without
an active subscription, your access will be restricted -- you can still view your data
but cannot create or edit contracts. Your data is stored for an additional 30 days
before being permanently deleted.
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. An upgrade takes effect immediately -- you only pay
the difference for the remaining billing period. For downgrades, please contact
our support team -- we are happy to help.
The multi-tenant feature is available from the Business plan. The Business plan supports up to 10,
and the Pro plan up to 50 tenants. Each additional tenant costs €15/month
(or €12/month with yearly billing). Billing is handled automatically through Stripe
based on the number of your active tenants. You can add or remove tenants
at any time.
