Our Story

From frustration came innovation.

Abomate was founded in 2026 in Germany – born from a simple realization: Managing software contracts and subscriptions is an underestimated chaos in most companies. Excel spreadsheets, forgotten cancellation deadlines, and a lack of oversight cost businesses thousands of euros every year.

We built Abomate to solve exactly this problem. With an intuitive platform that consolidates all contracts in one place – supported by artificial intelligence that automates the capture and analysis of contract data.

Abomate is developed at io mates in Kolbermoor, Germany, and hosted on servers in Germany. And we work every day to make the platform even better.

Foundation

Abomate is created at io mates in Kolbermoor, Germany – out of our own struggle with scattered licenses and missed cancellation deadlines. The first version brings together contracts, dashboard, cost overview and email reminders.

Q1 2026

AI Features

PDF recognition, AI chat and email import are added. Contract data is extracted from PDFs and forwarded emails instead of being typed in.

Q1 2026

REST API, Multi-Tenant & Bank Sync

The REST API, managing several companies and locations in one account, and bank sync for business accounts and PayPal make Abomate ready for agencies and groups of companies.

Q3 2026

Market Launch
