Reliable, secure, and fully automated – this is how the import works behind the scenes.

Microsoft Graph API

Emails are securely retrieved via the Microsoft Graph API (Mail.Read). Enterprise-grade infrastructure for highest reliability.

Automatic Cron Job

The import cron runs every 5 minutes and checks for new emails. Imported emails are marked as read.

Plus Addressing

Each tenant receives a unique token in the email address (import+token@). This way, every email is assigned to the correct tenant.

Claude Sonnet AI

Anthropic's Claude Sonnet analyzes PDF attachments with highest accuracy. Both structured and unstructured documents are supported.

Import Log

Every import is logged – with sender, subject, status, and extracted data. Error messages are saved when issues occur.

Token Management

Import tokens can be generated and renewed in settings. If you have security concerns, simply create a new token.
