1. Tenant Isolation

Each tenant has its own database. The AI can only access data from the current tenant – never from other customers.

2. SQL Whitelist

The AI chat generates only SELECT queries. INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, and other write operations are technically blocked.

3. System Prompt Hardening

The AI system prompt is hardened against injection attacks. The AI cannot be tricked into bypassing its security rules.

4. Read-Only Validation

Every generated SQL query is validated before execution. Only read access to approved tables is permitted.

5. Output Sanitization

All AI responses are sanitized before display. Sensitive data like passwords or API keys cannot be output in the chat.
